At the Edison in Downtown LA, Lucent Dossier performs Wednesday nights. I wasn't expecting to be served cotton candy from the bra of the Pink Cotton Candy Lady. Along with flying women on ribbon and half dressed men doing acrobatics on the floor, it made for a pretty interesting evening.
Those poster guys are hilarious! Men walk around with naked women on their back, advertising call girls. Only in Vegas! I of course wanted a picture, and one of the guys says, "$5!" I say, "Yeah right, you're going to have to pay me, sucka!" Well something like that... but I took the picture because my friends forced me to, and meanwhile get groped, ugh!
In Vegas we walk through a casino and get stopped by a woman who says we can make money taking surveys. In the lobby we meet a guy (shown in photo) with a crazy coi fish tattoo. Turns out it was a fake, just an arm cloth. It was a bit ironic! Meanwhile, Jen entertains us with her I'm about to make a mess all over the floor cup balancing act.
We went to an art exhibit at the Carmichael Gallery that was featuring a group exhibition. This piece was done by Jim Darling. I was tempted to add to my own piggy bank. How many pennies do I need for another round?
